A Project that was based on the re-utilization of an existing and abandoned beach house.

El Cocal was made with the purpose of creating a house that could be inhabited for longer periods of time, but always maintaining the essences of a  vacation home.

The  intervention on the Project El Cocal was mainly in the interiors, creating new spaces with element, materials and texture giving a relaxing ambient areas of the house. The idea was to use local artisans to produce raw and local materials and elements.
